As the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and building a successful team of 10 to 12 Telesales Executives. Your primary focus will be on selling our online courses and generating recurring revenue through the collective efforts of your team.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking driven and skilled Tele-Sales Executives to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our online courses, including the Digital Marketing Certification and IIEC’s Online MBA Program, to motivated individuals. This role offers a competitive salary, lucrative performance-based incentives, and substantial bonuses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Outbound Sales: Conduct daily outbound calls to qualified leads interested in our programs.
    • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into enrollments by showcasing the value of our certifications and MBA programs.
    • Follow-Up: Engage leads through follow-up calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions.
    • Script Adherence: Use the provided sales script to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Customer Support: Address queries and concerns from potential students regarding course details, pricing, and benefits.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report sales activities regularly.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in tele-sales, preferably in education or digital marketing.
    • Skills:
      • Strong follow-up and sales closing abilities.
      • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
      • Proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
      • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
      • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing is advantageous.
    • Attributes:
      • Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
      • Exceptional patience, resilience, and organizational skills.

    Compensation and Incentives

    • Base Salary:

      • E-Learning Sales Associate (2+ years): ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Experience in Elearning revenue in previous job)
    • Monthly Sales Targets & Incentives:

      • Achieve ₹2.5 Lacs: Get ₹10000 Incentives
      • Achieve ₹5 Lacs: Get ₹25000 Incentives
      • Achieve ₹10 Lacs+: Get ₹50000 Incentives
    • Salary Hike & Promotion: 
      • ₹50 Lac+ for Quarter: Get 10-15% Hike on Salary every Quarter, ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 added to monthly base salary for sustained performance.
      • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to ₹50,000 for meeting quarterly sales targets. 
    • Yearly Bonus:

      • Performance-based Bonus: Up to ₹2,00,000 for achieving annual sales goals.
      • Completion Bonus: ₹1,00,000 after 18 months with a performance rating of at least 4 out of 5.
