    This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading Indian Institute of Ecommerce's unique online job assurance certification programs designed for jobseekers looking for jobs in Ecommerce companies.

    HR Roles and Responsibilities:

    Step 1: Recruitment

    a. Job postings: Posting Telesales Executives requirements in job portals and Apply for Screening at https//iiec.edu.in/apply to gets access of product information including sample sales pitch and about the organization including the telesales job terms and conditions

    b. Screening: HR should request prospective users to share their sales pitch using a WhatsApp Audio recording explaining about the Product to HR

    c. Appointment Letter: If satisfied share courses.iiec.edu.in/p/bdm-telesales link for an automated offer letter that the user will be able to access and start working with us.

    Step2: Employee Management: HR has to monitor candidates success in order to give them the final Appointment post 2 months of telesales performance based on iiec.edu.in/apply/terms

    HR gets incentives for the successful hiring.

    Preferred Skill Sets: Keen interest in recruiting business development/telesales executives for e-learning/educational institutions. Work from Home ( Across India ), Fluent English must, Minimum Graduate can apply.

    Designation: HR – BDM/Telesales team Recruitment

    Working Days: 6 Days Work Week

    CTC: Package: up to Rs.3.6 Lacs per annum
    Basic salary Rs.15000
    Fix incentives of Rs.15000 on achieving 30+ full-time Business development/ telesales recruits Post successful completion of their 2-month probation period.

    Monthly Recruitment Target: HR can onboard as many Telesales executives for the 2 month probation period but after probation IIEC need minimum 30 telesales executives to be employed.

    Training period: The first two months for the HR will be the training period where you will be learning the company’s process, value system, expectations etc. The fixed salary of Rs.15,000 to be provided during the training period and on success of training period you can expect a full time job with incentive of up to Rs.15,000 that makes Rs.30,000 as per month salary or Rs.3.6 lakhs annual package.
