This is important for IIEC’s job seekers student to understand that IIEC is incubating start-ups by bootstrapping. Therefore, the programs that assure a job in the IIEC’s incubated start-ups are purely subjective and the success of the start-up is heavily dependent on students’ performance. If a student doesn’t perform, the start-up won’t grow. If the student achieves the result during the IIEC’s program, the start-up will be able to hire that student for a full-time job on the terms set by IIEC. Once the student shows results, the IIEC aggressively starts investing in the start-up. We have already grown thousands of amazon stores since our partnership with Amazon India in 2016.
