    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Manager to join our team at IIEC, an edutech institute offering online courses. As the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and building a successful team of 10 to 12 Telesales Executives. Your primary focus will be on selling our online courses and generating recurring revenue through the collective efforts of your team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Leadership: Lead by example and achieve sales targets by personally making sales calls and closing deals. Motivate and inspire the team to exceed sales goals.

    2. Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10 to 12 Telesales Executives. Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance their sales skills and performance.

    3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

    4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and adjust tactics accordingly.

    5. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team. Stay updated with industry trends and provide ongoing training to keep the team informed.

    6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    7. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Provide feedback and insights to help improve marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or edutech industry.

    2. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    5. Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

    6. Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.

    7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
